This is a blog about the evil plan to take over a small patch of ground in Boston and make it a place where my eccentric household and myself can escape the asphalt, concrete, and cranky urban dissidents that dominate the local landscape.  Our garden will not adhere to the precepts and conventions of most landscape architects who seem unduly preoccupied with nice straight lines and galvanised metal (my sister excluded of course).  It will not, on the other hand, be a cute little cottage garden.  We are not cute little cottage people.  What exactly it will be I don’t know yet, but I hope to share the process of figuring that out with you, my delightful readers, whoever you may be.
